Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products such as e-books and tutorials, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed. We do not provide refunds for digital downloads or online learning materials.

Service Contracts

For professional services including software development, web development, and IT consultancy, payment terms are defined within individual project agreements. Refunds are generally not applicable once work has begun.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances such as duplicate payments or technical errors, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
